Starts citrus (grapefruit). Then turns piney& grassy. High alcohol balanced with heavy hops. Bitter finish that lingers. Full bodied. Great IPA.

Pours a fine clear orangish amber with a nice frothy white head. Retention is decent and lace is stringy. Nose is EXCELLENT, of tangerines and mangos, while taste starts with a slight malty sweetness that just keeps drying out! The dryness begins with some citrus, which evolves to rind, then to pine and finally to a resin which lingers and even intensifies after the swallow. Full bodied, with a slightly oily and very lightly sparkly feeling in the tongue. This is a solid DIPA, I'd actually give it a 4.75 or 4.8 due to mouthfeel and flavour being great, if not perfect, but worth rounding up!
