Homer's Beer Odyssey - August 8, 2014APPEARANCE - Opaque amber with a 1-finger light brown head that dissipates after awhile. Good lacing
SMELL/AROMA/SCENT - Piney, sweet, fruity.
TASTE - A well-rounded beer, very tasty. Hoppy, with a nice aftertaste. ABV well-hidden.
MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - Not extremely thick. A bit of carbonation.
OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - A very drinkable beer, smooth, with a great aftertaste. If only they sold 12-ounce bottles!

sam.s - July 27, 2014Very bitter as expected. Alcohol is noticeable and warming. Piney and flowery aroma and flavor. Great beer.

Aaron - July 13, 2014A: Beautiful copper color with some very decent head retention
A: I feel like I just stuck my nose into a pineapple
T: Now I just took a bite into this pineapple but also some heavy orange peel, mango, black pepper and pear
M: Very thick mouthfeel with oilily characteristics. Not a lot of carbonation
A: The tropical fruits really stick with you along with the heavy hop bitterness
I would pair this brew with some spicy Mexican food or would also pair nice with breakfast (but maybe not very much due to the high abv)

jooler - July 12, 2014Really dark taste. The alcohol taste overwhelms the taste of hops. I feel like I can breath fire.

Gunthersixpack - July 12, 2014This is really more of a triple IPA. Really well done. At 10 percent ABV you wouldn't even know.
