Super mild. Low carbonation. Little mouthfeel. Bland. Lawn mower hefeweizen.

Golden orange body, slight haze. White head that quickly dissipates leaving a clean glass. Wheat and pale malt aroma with citrus hops, coriander, orange, spices and yeast. The aroma characterizes the flavor and the wheat, spices and citrus are present. Low bitterness lingers with the orange. Dry finish. Nice session beer for the summer. Not as complex as other wheat beers.

Hazy golden body w/ white head. Lemon peel & wheat nose lead to citrusy light body that is fairly sweet. profile - July 3, 2013

Maybe the best offering from Pyramid which is one great brewery. This Hefe is light, smooth, refreshing, and just the right amount of fruitiness one would expect from a Hefe.
