Deep notes of sweet chocolate and molasses. Small glass was cool. Really tasty and unique!

This imperial stout is a very complex beer. This newest vintage is a little too sweet though for my full enjoyment profile - May 29, 2012
You nose and tongue are flirted with by the bourbon oak aged barreling. Chocolate and vanilla stand out but do not over power. This beer is so smooth yet is a slow slipper. Gonna age it a year to see how it develops

Wow, this beer has a "chocolatey liquor" kind of taste to it. Sweet but delicious and strong.

First sip was amazing. Perfect flavor. Body and aroma. Worth the 16$ price tag
