Batch #3. Wow this packs a punch, flavor, depth and alcohol. Very strong, rich and complex. It has the chocolate and coffee notes I expect from a good imperial, but the oak age adds a beautiful tannic finish and even a little sourness. The mouthfeel is thick and syrupy, it coats your lips and is easy to sip even though it is 12.5%.

Terribly overrated. Low on taste. Heavy carbonation.

Very intense beer! There are a lot of different flavors going on. The tasting notes by the brewer are pretty spot on: tobacco vanilla chocolate cherry roasty. The body is thick but smooth. I would recommend! Worth the money if you are wanting a unique beer experience! One of a kind beer

Deep notes of sweet chocolate and molasses. Small glass was cool. Really tasty and unique!

This imperial stout is a very complex beer. This newest vintage is a little too sweet though for my full enjoyment

You nose and tongue are flirted with by the bourbon oak aged barreling. Chocolate and vanilla stand out but do not over power. This beer is so smooth yet is a slow slipper. Gonna age it a year to see how it develops

Wow, this beer has a "chocolatey liquor" kind of taste to it. Sweet but delicious and strong.
