Poured second bottle into weizen glass with vigor. This released volatiles much better than first bottle served in tumbler. Clove and lemon. Crisp and refreshing.

Add a splash of St. Louis Framboise for a yummy fruity beer cocktail! Ok on it's own, but I'm not a huge whit fan
