Whew. One heavy beer. Tons of flavor and body of a thick stout but a kick of liquor.

Great flavor! needs at least a year aging to mellow the abv heat though

Really good beer. i think backwoods bastard from Founders is better though. Very similar taste.

This is a solid beer with an intense taste. I usually love complex big beers. This one was a little intense even for me. Strong flavors of alcohol, vanilla, and bourbon. Great to drink, but certainly not a session beer. Poor man's Bourbon County. A cigar beer.

Rich oak bourbon flavors. Made to sip on because of the high abv % but a very tastey brew to enjoy after dinner while your hanging out.

Tasted more like liquor than beer. Its one of those you have to sip on. Strong oak vanillas and roasts with a touch of chocolate. Not my favorite dark beer but the worst i have had.
