Decent Belgian ale, malty sweetness with a dried fruits as a backdrop. Not as boozy as the 10.5 would suggest.

Really nice Belgian. I'm not usually a fan. Too fruity or bright for me. This one I liked. It has a nice boozy taste to it. Not too sweet.

Fantastic fruity complexity, especially once you let it warm up just a bit. Also, had some of the best sex of my life right after drinking, so...

Slightly sweet, no hops, light mouth feel, tastes like a less sweet Malta Corona mixed with a little beer.

3/24/16 - 330 ml (11.2 oz) bottle poured into a Chimay chalice. Pours a dark ruby/mahogany color. Thick, creamy long lasting, off-white almost beige color head. Carbonation is hard to determine due to the darkness. Aroma is sweet, malt, caramel, dark fruit. Taste is fruity; raisins figs maybe plums. Sweetness that gives way to a very slight bitter Finnish that is also quite boozy (10.5%). Boozy, heavy, rich, spicy and creamy. This is a great, world class beer. Can't believe it took me so long to try it.
