specksofdust - April 28, 2013Well-balanced. The smoke is just the right amount to know its there and appreciate it without being overwhelming. Coffee flavor for just a quick second before it finishes bitter and malty. Aftertaste is bitter and charred. Again, you can dispute the flavors, but there is no denying that those flavors ate in near-perfect harmony.
