Great aroma smells like walking into a coffee shop! Nutty latte notes and great malty flavor

I am a coffee addict and this here was the truest to the coffee flavor that I've had. It's very prominent. I wish however they made one with chocolate as well. I think it would balance out that bitterness at the end.

True to its name. There was a moment where I thought, "Oh shit. This needs creamer." The coffee is strong and dominant. It has some chocolate notes, a roasty flavor, and something like black pepper that causes some tongue tingling. My only gripe is the watery mouthfeel, which I might not have noticed if it wasn't an issue with many Lagunitas brews. Though it wasn't bad, I would not have it again unless it was the best available.

Good. A little lighter bodied than an imperial stout. Strong coffee flavor overpowers everything else. Bottle, May 2013.
