APPEARANCE - 1FH that lasts, light, foamy, lacing, hazy. AROMA/SCENT - Hops, citrus, pine, a little sweet TASTE - Hops, very bitter, pine. MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - Dry smooth, long-lingering, astringent, acidic. VALUE - $10 for a 12-oz pour. Pricey. OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - I've never been a fan of Evil Twin, but I found this quite drinkable, with no annoying stunt additions.

We gave this a whirl but it didn't leave much of an impression

Solid DIPA, nice balance of hops and malt, a bit pricey... Cool bitter finish 7/4/14 Bottle 4 stars Revisited: I still agree with above review. 5/31/16, bottle, 4 stars

Straight up all citrusy sweet hops, almost no malt backbone. Goof if you want nothing but hops. On tap at Ave Pub, March 2014.

Had it by itself. Very fruity ipa. Good but not great. Lacking in a malty backbone but I guess that's where the yin is supposed to compliment.

Nice complement to the yin, but a solid imperial IPA in its own right. Slightly sweet up front, with by overwhelming grapefruit on the finish. Had at PP 12/7/13.
