Appropriate spice and viscosity. Really good beer. Maybe not worth all the hype but well executed.

Fantastic. Cinnamon and pepper for sure. Vanilla comes through as it warms

Big, robust stout. Pours black as night with a nice brown head. Should be a slow sipper but it goes down easy. Has all the chocolate and coffee notes you would expect with just a hint of the pepper to keep you off balance. Paired this with some dark chocolate and it was awesome. Great beer.

Strong coffee, dry, bitter. Didn't drink fresh, maybe would be better. Bottle, March 2015.

Delicious, expected smokey or burnt but very smooth. Aroma and aftertaste of cinnamon and vanilla, cocoa is present but minimal nutmeg....peppers are lingering after the sip, great beer overall

Holly shit! Awesome stout! Taste just like Mexican chocolate heaven. One of the best beers I've ever had. On par with Bells Hop Slam and Oskar Blues Gubna in regards to quality within that style. A very good quality beer. I rarely drink the same beer twice (yes, I'm a beer snob) and I ran out and bought a second one. ****update**** don't recommend drinking late at night. I had this at about 9 pm. Woke up at 3 am and could sleep. Must have a high amount of caffeine.
