Suggested in ?The Complete Beer Course? as typical of the German Dunkel style. Yeasty/bread aroma with chocolate/roasted notes. I can see where it might be called sweet but this does not take away from its overall presentation.

A very good, and almost great dunkel. Great malt taste without being too much. Great balance and drinkability.

Good malty taste for a great flavor. An awesome beer for those who don't like a hoppy taste.

DO NOT DRINK IT COLD, Let it get a little warmer to bring out some flavor
