Malty love meets monk yeast, epic beer. Complex and sweet. Tastes too smooth to be 11+% ABV. I made a homebrew clone I love this so much

Dark, complex, tasty. One of my all time favorites.

Heavy, dark amber jewel with a thick bourbon-like head that dissipates rather quickly. Perfect fall or winter beer. I want to drink this out of a beer horn and feast on roasted boar and enjoy the warmth of a woman on a chilly eve. Burnt oak, the tiniest hint of chocolate but not sweet. Exquisite.

Nice head. Murky golden brown. Medium bodied. Sherry sweetness. Tart tending toward slightly bitter at the finish. Pleasant alcohol presence. This is an awesome beer.
