Tank 7 is ready for a reevaluation. First had at Copper Mountain a few years back, and the bartender told me they were cutting people off after two. Quaint, in this era of high abv craft beers, right? Farmhouse/saisons were not a readily available style back then; thus, I figured my high ranking of it back then and a little later was overly generous. For starters I do think there are better versions of the style, yet the way I tend to go in this genre is, first two sips, its weak, light, lacking. But after going through the beer I realize how appropriate that is. As long as you are in the right mood. So Tank 7 still succeeds! 2019 note: saw this beer in November and the Farmhouse has been replaced with Saison. Better marketing word? 2021 evaluation: GREAT saison; delish; 4 1/2 to 5 stars.

A beautiful balance between malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness. A symphony of tasty deliciousness that dances on your taste buds. My all time favorite beer.

A dark golden saison with a fruity nice fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is light. Teaser is slightly bitter with a fruity flavor

A lot of flavors going on here. Very tasty. I went from sober to drunk and then hungover all in the timespan of drinking 1 of these.

Hoppy/clove nose. A peppery hop driven ale with apricot undertones. Very nice.

Not a fan of this type to begin with but I managed to finish it. Strong clove flavor and bitter. From the bottle at home.
