This is a gadget addition to the Sierra Nevada line up. A smooth tasty golden bock good on those summer days when you are tired on the lite summer ales

Light, but up to sierra nevada standards, nothing overwhelming just good.

Very hoppy beer with a bad aftertaste.

Aroma: Light hints of grass and earth. Just a slight corn under smell. Appearance: A very pale honey gild with a inner sparkle and thick, lasting, white head. Taste: The mouthfeel is the first thing you notice, very creamy and full. The malt is very light, just giving a hint of straw. The hops add a nice earth note and just a hint of pepper. A deep but not intense bitterness finishes the experience. Overall: The label calls it a mellow and balanced beer and that is precisely what it is. No element over powers the other, leading to a smooth beer. The nice mouthfeel removes the crispness, making it truly a bock over a pilsner. A very plesant drinking experience to be pared with a nice herb roasted chicken.
