cgiron - January 8, 2012Very dark brown in color when pouted into pint glass. Produces two finger khaki head that has decent retention and leaves mild lacing.
Smells of spices and roasted malt.
Flavors include caramel, bittersweet chocolate, ethanol, hops on back end making it well-balanced.
Very drinkable. Hides 8.6%ABV fairly well. Enjoyable seasonal that was well worth it. Love Sweetwater beers!
