2004 IRS aged in bourbon barrels. Extremely smooth and balanced. Bourbon nuances have mellowed with time.

Pours thick and dark. Chocolate is prevalent with coffee undertones. Alcohol is present but mild. Even better as it warms up.

This is an amazing beer probably my favorite stout as of 8.17.12. Coffee Carmel berry?
