Higgsyboy - April 6, 2014A little underwhelmed by this one. That said, it's an interesting balance, and done pretty well. As a big fan of bitter IPAs and Belgian styles alike, I appreciate the contrast but also found it jarring. (Had from a bottle.) Slight grapefruit tones come through nicely, the hops as well. Quality-wise, it's great; but it's Stone. It's implied. I wonder how well received it'd be coming from a different brewery? Still, worth a go for fans of either variety.
