Top notch IPA. Pours amber red. Great smell, great hops. It's a shame this is only made once a year. I would buy year round. One of the top 5 I've ever had and I've had a lot. Must try people

Awesome. First year it's been available here but it was worth the wait. Followed it up with a couple torpedos and it seemed weak in comparison...if you don't like IPAs don't waste your time, but if you do you need this

Subtle nose but big big hop flavor!

Hoppy for a pale ale like style, nice mouthfeel (smooth), malty, pretty decent

2012 edition not nearly as good as 2011 brew

Dark hop nose. Full flavor, nice bitterness and super fresh hop. Warm yeast and what a delicious and great way they had such a big malty backbone but not seem too sweet or malty. Great full mouthfeel, quick finish but nice aftertaste. Solid beer to have in the fridge at all times. Not as much winter flavors /autumn spices than I thought though

Crisp and hoppy

Love the hoppiness but a little too bitter.
