Lee-burger - August 2, 2014This is the nicest stout I've found in the states. Beamish is my favorite but I haven't had it in 8 months and that was overseas. This beer is well worth the purchase price.

danman - June 1, 2014My first oatmeal. Smooth, creamy & pleasant with hints of dates & raisins. It's ok... It's just a creamy dark brown ale to me. Nothing spectacular & extraordinary.

Mapwhap - April 7, 2014Not quite what I was expecting. My experiences with other oatmeal stouts has been that they were a little less bitter than this one on the finish, and have a thicker mouthfeel. I was surprised that the texture was not more substantial. It was ok, but not great, IMO.
