CSpechtRock. I've got you beat. Mine said enjoy by 3/2005. Just drank it in 10/2011. Still tasted amazing. It was in my fridge that long and boy was it a treat.

Wow this was pretty great. I paid $18 for this one and while that is sure steep for a single beer I don't feel ripped off (much!). Sweet taste with unique flavors and consistent throughout. I only question the fact that I drank this in 9/2011 and the label on the back stated "Best enjoyed by April 2009!". Nonetheless it was still a great beer.
