Katrina - September 5, 2012This saison is excellent! It has delicious flavor that is balanced with somewhat fruity and malty flavors. The beer has a touch of hop bitterness and a tad of sour flavor from the brettanomyces. There is also rye in this beer. Truly excellent and perfectly balanced. Slight heat from the alcohol and medium body with a deep golden hue. Very approachable and light enough for warm weather drinking.
