Warning on the 2017 series: includes shitty Brettanomyces. What this means is you better like a dominant sour funk. Thats the main character of the beer. Boo! A horrible waste.

Spice profile is pretty over the top. Perhaps to be expected from Dogfish Head, but a less heavy hand would have made this worlds better

Lovely and light. Fruity. A great session beer.

Interesting In good way. Spicy nose not bitter at all, mildly malty

One of the best Saisons. Tart but not sweet and the herbal been throws off the chalky wheatiness if most Saisons.

Fresh tasting with a very nice Rosemary smell.

Dangerously close to 5/5. I was caught off guard by how good this was. Solid mouthful of hops and a variety of different spice accents with some citrusy and some herby notes. The stone influence is definitely present in the great balance of hops, and victory leaves its mark with some citrusy saison spices. It's harder to tease out the Dogfish Head influence, but I think DFH did most of their work in the malt backbone when I really focused on it.

Interesting, kind of tastes like a roasted chicken dinner
