Sweet, dark Amber color; undertones of dark fruit esters and raisin plum with almost dark cherry aftertaste; strong and complex

It's sweet and very good. I get a hint of raisin and it's a medium red without much carbonation

Too much alcohol. Not enough flavor.

Love the mild cherry flavor

Solid quad, great interpretation of this style. Deep amber color, loads of dark dried fruit on the nose. Not overly sweet, this quad has a great balance of malt. Lots of dark fruits, perfect amount if sweetness, and the slightest tinge of bitterness on the finish. This is a go-to quad.

One of the best ales around.

In terms of American beers brewed in the Belgian style (particularly the quad), this beer is almost indistinguishable from the originals. Thick, malty, with lots of dark fruit flavors, this is just a solid, filling quadrupel ale. Sweet but not sticky. Well balanced.

One of my favorite quadruples!

Taste is ok, had better. For a 10% I still had the same effect as a 7.5%.
