Smooth taste fruity finish

Nice, but not distinctively Belgian in style, but that could be because it's a dark ale. Best beer in 2000? Maybe, but a lot has come around since then.

Thin, smells sweet. Fruity taste, almost sugary. Slightly malty on back end.

I like the sweet beer so this was right up my alley, sweet raisin taste, high ABV, what's not to like! Dogfish head always delivers. Definitely not an all day beer but great after work to forget about the day beer, cheers!

They call this an American brown. Much more than that. Fair amount of malt and quite assertive.

Used to like this a lot, but find it too syrupy sweet now.

Another quality brew from DogFish. I'm just a huge fruit beer fan. But if you are, this is your beer.
