cgiron - November 28, 2011A: Pale golden color with white head and moderate lacing produced by pouring into Pilsner glass.
S: Floral hops and malt aromas
T: Crisp tasting floral pine hoppiness followed by malt backbone for a fairly well balanced beer.
M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Flavorful and enjoyable. A good pilsner that is worth drinking.
cclonch - November 20, 2011Poured a cloudy yellow with a 2 finger, fizzy head. Malty aroma with a hint of flowery hops. Initial taste of herbal hops that builds slightly in the finish. A bit of malt comes through in the middle. Overall a nice crisp, dry Pilsner that has a tad bit more hops than others I've tried. The floral, herbal hops give it a classy character than the typical Cascade ladden IPA's I drink.
