Starts light & tart, smells sweet. Finishes earthy and heavy. Nice & refreshing, and oddly filling. Cheers.

Aroma of Apple, some malt, and certainly some alcohol. Alcohol warms the senses from the first sip. Smooth taste.

Light bodied, smooth cider taste with limited cayenne effect. Some hint of the cilantro, but overall a a beer a dogfish should keep around...definitely buy again.

Wit style but doesn't exactly taste like a weissbier. Nice cilantro aroma. Crisp but smooth. Could slug a few back. Be careful at 9%
