Lots of hype over this brew that I can't understand. Many similarities to some of their "ancient" brews. Big of white head. Nose is sweet, spicy, fruity and musty. There's a definite taste of apple (not cider), wheat and pepper. Dry mouthfeel. Not bad overall but I wish I hadn't preordered so many. Maybe time in "the dark room" will do it some good?

Smells like jiahu tastes similar to sah tea. Pretty delicious.
