Aroma: A mineraly sweetness just barely whiffs out. Appearance: A light coppery red with a hint of glowing orange. Pours with a thick white head. Taste: Light a sweet with a light mouthfeel. There is just a hint if earthy bitterness as you swallow bit it quickly fades into a very clean and refreshing aftertaste that has just a hint if candied sugar. Overall: A little but if surprise how refreshing this is. The minerally hint in the aroma threatens the flavor but does appear. The thin mouthfeel makes it very drinkable. Good match for grilled meat.
