Packaging makes you think your about to have a hop explosion. Nope! It?s hop forward, but there are a lot more hop aggressive beers out there. Mouthfeel does not differentiate or separate itself from other similar hoppy beers. Non-hazy, clear, non-heady. Ok beer, but the packaging is more intriguing than the taste.

Very hop forward brew but is balanced with a decent malt backbone. I think I will buy a six pack or two of this brew. 12-20-2020 I am having a hop stoopid now. Seems a little stronger and more harsh taste

Typical Lagunitas imperial IPA. This is good but I like Maximus better. Gave it four and one half stars and would get again but only if Maximus wasn?t available. Still it is a damn good IPA!

If you?re a hop-head you?ll love the citrusy hops and rind finish of this beer, like eating a grapefruit peel. Drinkable, but not my style.

Very hoppy with an almost grapey taste. Drank with Matt while watching the Bonnies vs Maryland on 25 NOV 2016.

Delicious beer with citrus flavor and nice balance of hops. Slight bitter after taste but a lot less bitter than most IPAs. Really smooth and Can?t tell that it?s 8%.

Citrus with bitter aftertaste. Nice balance of hops. Easy to drink considering it's 8%.
