brianpickle - May 31, 2012The oak aging is very evident, and it's very smokey. Maybe a bit too boozy.

Predator37 - May 13, 2012Too boozey. Very strong coffee and hoppy tastes overtake the oak sweetness. The alcohol overdoes it.

cheesy - April 30, 2012Looks like black molasses, viscous . Smells of beautiful beautiful hops, dipa intensity! Fullest stout I have ever had the privilege of trying. The oak mellowed the roast.
zomerhouse - March 9, 2012Good stout. The oak didn't come through as much as I thought it would, just a little vanilla taste was prevalent. Decent nose, good hops. Not for beginners....
