Great Amber color with a nice head of foam. Light aroma. Bitter aftertaste. Lingers on the roof of my mouth.

Immediate flavor is smooth and malty. A bit on the sweet side. It bites like an IPA in the after taste. Delicious beer that is now on my happy list.

Not a big fan. A little more hoppy than I prefer, and a bit bitter. I don't hate it, but I'll make a note not to buy it again. Reminds me of the IPA's that I don't like at all.

Great Beer. Little cloudy on the appearance, but flavor is great. I taste sweet and malty. Nose- butter

Hints of Brown sugar, very malt forward. Very nice Amber. This one I had was in the tall boy can.

I'd like to see more amber ales made like this: with hops that aren't afraid to be hoppy. Sure the finish is lacking, somewhat, but the aroma, full body and upfront taste are pure West Coast. If you don't like hops, don't go Rogue... don't go Stone, Lagunitas, Sierra... or anything from the West Coast. Stick to your Sam Adams and your Yuingling lagers.
