Prefer to Molson Red and Labatt. Moosehead is still the #1 Canadian beer for me.

Good lager, but does not taste like an ale. One step above the Budweiser / Miller crap

My father-in-law's favorite beer. I drink it because it's free, available and pretty much unlimited when I'm at his house.

The Molson Golden I drank was from 35 years ago, stubby bottle and all that. Not a big fan as me friends and I did our fair share of booze-ups in bars. Why does this matter? The go-to beer in a loud, crowded bar where the server couldn't hear you yelling your order was Molson Export because rather than shouting Gol...den!!! like a damn fool teenager you could simply hold up two crossed fingers for Ex and maintain your cool. I forget how Golden tasted back then. Ah well.

Simple, non-complicated lagger beer. Easy drinking and good for a hot summer day.
