15OCT13, Apt 22oz, Bell's tulip Pours a smooth, oily black with a mild tan head. Aroma is typical malty stout, with mild hop and bitterness. The lactose is a good blend with the malt. Mouthfeel is medium and dry. Very delicious. This is stout I want to drink over and over again. Flavor is malty and smooth. It has some earthy bite which is mellowed by the lactose. Very very nice.
