A medium dark IPA. Nice flavor.

Wonderful milky caramel aroma. Clean, crisp medium bodiy very smooth on the tongue. Almost no hint of hops or bitterness. Straightforward Belgian beer lacking complexity but getting straight to the well-balanced brown sugary point. Sweet, subtle aftertaste.

Great Belgium brown ale

Pretty good scotch ale; some caramel boozy notes. Belgian, so a bit milder & rounder than some scotch ales. Had at PP 9/20/13.

Chestnut brown in color with a mininal white head and toffee, chocolate and plum aromas. Rich complex flavors of plums, raisins, chocolate and drying nutmeg finish. a very tasty Belgian Dark Strong.

A: poured from tap with a chestnut brown color and frothy 2 finger head. S: Belgian yeast, stone fruits. T: plum, stone fruits, chocolate notes. F: great Belgian lacing, sweet, lingering finish. O: arguably one of the best Belgian Dark Strong I've ever had.

I liked it at first - Sweet, refreshing, fruity. Eventually, it got too thick & syrupy

Aromas of caramel, dark fruits, slight oatiness. Medium fizzy mouthfeel with Slightly sweet cherries and bourbon with a slight boozy coffee finish.

Good I guess. Don't really care for Belgians. Beer that is.
