Rich, but has aftertaste that lingers at the back of the throat

Amber-red Belgian ale great

Opaque, amber color; dark fruity taste; great mellow complex beer.

Hazy dark amber pour into snifter. Moderate lace and a lovely tan head. Aromas include dark fruits, malt and ethanol with intense flavors that follow the nose and are beautifully complex. The higher ABV is well concealed by the bouquet and palate. Medium bodied with excellent carbonation. Delicious and drinkable. Will certainly seek out another Maudite.

Malty and fruity flavored, but the flavor seemed fleeting. Pours a deep amber with lots of carbonation, but the head quickly dissipates. Overall, it seems good at first, but doesn't really last.

Very fruity with a large foamy head. Tastes with apricot.

Dark amber color. Not too heavy. Nicely balanced.

slight lace, moderate head retention, slightly sour aroma and taste, amber coloured, excellent tingly mouthfeel with medium body, more like a Tripel than a double with sour apricot hints, slightly astringent, darker citrus aroma and flavor than an IPA but similar if you catch me

Yeast, dark fruit, and light caramel tones. This beer is nearly perfect. The unique yeast flavor is amazing
