Spicy aroma. Malt on the nose with some saison spice. Interesting but not for me.

09NOV13, Apt 12oz to Founders tulip Matilda 2012. Pours a hazy golden copper with a finger of off white head that slowly dissipates to a film. Aroma is sweet, with good yeast notes. Flavor is initially sweet, light and almost creamy mouthfeel with a very wet finish. The carbonation is low. Flavor has a bit of straw, but it's mostly a sweet yeastiness. It's extremely good, extremely drinkable. My only regret is I don't have more. As you let it warm, more of the sour-ness comes out.

It's an average light Belgium. But the smell is terrible.

Dark amber color, foamy head. Floral, earthy nose. Smooth and crisp flavor with lightness mixed with some spice. Subtle fruit and hops at finish. Would be a good summer ale
