Spicy and delicious

When I saw "holiday ale" I was expecting a spicy, nutty, winter style beer. This turned out to be a terrific brown shugga replacement. A great IPA. Another success from the guys at Lagunitas. Hoppy and a touch of rye (which I dig). ** update... After trying the 2012 batch this is one of my all time favorites. Hoppy enough for the style with a great rye smoothness. Hoping they'll make it year round

One of the best beers I've ever had. So happy to hear this is becoming a regular year round offering in 2013. Wonderful hop and citrus aroma and the taste is much the same with a great balance. By far my favorite from Lagunitas UPDATE: I just purchased a case of this years offering. Just as good as last year. Wonderful nose full of citrus and hops. Huge grapefruit taste with a great hop bite. Juicy and refreshing. Awesome
