What a perfect, delicious sour. It's expensive, but it's worth it. Really sour cherry notes with some dark earthy wood in there as well. One of my favorites. Sourest beer I've had yet...and they did it just right.

04MAR13, Flying Saucer, Houston, TX Draft, chalice One finger tan/off white head, leaving a nice film. Sour, tart, yet not overpowering. One glass is enough for me, but this is a nice glass. Idk, it's a sour. Very enjoyable.

Super sour beer, but not like your normal sour. Has more of a citric acid flavor like the stuff that they put on sour patch kids. Best sour beer I have ever had

My favorite sour beer.

Favorite sour. Just enough sweetness to keep your tongue from shriveling. Complex fruit flavors are there but low key. Bottles from Spec's in Houston.

Very sour with vinegar, wine-like acidity, and just sweet enough to keep it from overloading your tongue. Complex fruit flavors are there but take a backseat. One of my favorite sours.
