SRM8. Long lasting cloudy head. Slightly hazy with no visible rising bubbles. Aroma is of fresh cut grass and so is taste. A little piney as well. It's like an IPA with the maltiness of a European lager. Moderately bitter with slightly medium lasting aftertaste.

Just a perfect beer, stimulating and balanced in every respect. A creamy, almost marshmallowy mouthfeel, with a fluffy aromatic head; a smooth, richly flavored sweet tripel pricked by a judicious hoppiness. A uniquely Belgian-style IPA, but hardly an IPA from an American point of view. Rather, it's a wonderfully novel combination that only Belgium could produce.
