Well good head very murky particles floating every where blonde / very light Carmel color smooth not bitter good aroma hoppy but not to strong

Refreshing kind of light was hooping for more hops overal nice beer.

Just superb balance between bitterness and fruityness

Only an IPA by Belgian standards. Hoppy bitterness is there, but so are sweet malty notes. Some claim a hint of bubblegum or grass. Had at PP 9/20/13.

Had an entire flight of chouffe beers tonight and this one was the disappointment. Hazy golden in color with no head and citrus, ester yeasty aromas. A very citric drying taste, without much hops. A lemon pledge like taste & note. not quite an ipa not quite a belgian ale, would not get again.

Like all Belgian strongs, it's sweet. Not hoppy by N American standards, but for a Belgian, it is.

Phenomenal - full but smooth- easy drinking - some spice - 9+ percent

Sweet is the operative word. Not very hoppy though. It's good but sounds better than it actually is. Enjoyable, but would not get again
