Had this winner during my road trip through Vermont.

Well.....after a year and a half of waiting, I finally got to give this one a try.....and I honestly can say that it lives up to most of the hype, in my opinion. The hops in this one are not harsh and bruising up front. It is a really soft, citrusy taste at first, followed by the more piney, resinous flavor towards the end. Here's the sell on this one....it's a double IPA that doesn't punch you in the mouth with bitterness. Whoever blended these hops got the mix right. So.....here's the real question. Is this the Number One beer in the world?? I don't know that I would take it THAT far. It IS, however, the best IPA that I've ever tried. I hope to get some more soon.

Hoppy but smooth for an IPA; citrusy; tastes like a typical good citrus IPA

Very hoppy, but a very fruity hop flavor unlike any I've had before. So easy to drink!
