Almost coffee-like in taste and aroma. When sipped, is an excellent beer to pour into a stout glass, kick back, and enjoy. The slight harshness forces you to take it slow, prolonging the experience. Excellent when paired with milk chocolate truffles.

Dark, walnut body with thick persistent tan head. Slowly recedes clinging to the glass leaving a web of tan lace.
Aroma is dominated by roasted malt, smoke with hints of alcohol, cherries, dark fruit and wood, spicy hops.
Spicy hops, smoke, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate are all present on the palette. Bitterness is evident but doesn't overwhelm. Dark fruits linger with a smoky dry finish.
Pleasantly surprised by this beer. Regular Guinness draft stout pales in comparison to this version.

Nice and smooth, slightly bitter hop finish, better than regular Guinness and great out of the bottle. Nice ABV too cheers!

Bottle. Slight banana and coffee aromas. Heavy roasted malt with coffee and chocolate notes. Slightly happier than the draught version.
