Tastes like moms pffernuse cookies. I taste the ginger and honey . 7.5% alcohol. Filtered. Dark red. Spicey. No lacing on the glass.

Had at bluegrass on draft. Pretty good.def get it again. Some soice n cinnamon. Not like oktoberfest beers; which wa what i was thinking it would be. Much lighter n more flavoreful -
Had it again in bottle n it tasted more like a pumpkin ale. It was great

Good hints of honey and ginger in the nose; persistent moderate head; sweet and spicy taste. Not what I'd want with a burger, but a very nice evening drink.

Very good Christmas Ale, very high ABV at 7.5%, A six pack runs about 15 bucks.

Not the best Christmas beer. Not so much spice.

Definitely gingery, malty, and can catch the honey flavor. Has a little piney hopiness, definitely a good christmas beer.

Not my taste of winter ale, but I can appreciate it is a good ale. Too strong ginger flavor for me, other nice notes of honey linger long after sipped.
