B+. Spicy yeast, malt, slight alcohol and banana when warm.

Light brown, thick head, medium body. Bready malt flavor, sweet but not too sweet. Tangy fruit flavor, apricot, a little orange, very fresh tasting. Great

Boring buttery but flavor is muted

Foamy Belgian Lace head that lingers. Gold straw color. Mild melon notes in nose. Light bodied with abundant carbonation. Decent rendition of Triple. Just misses on a few areas.

Sour start....hints of grapefruit, floral. Sweeter finish.

I think it may be different than the one reviewed at the beginning if 2013. It is brewed with licorice root, coriander, and orange peel. This years Tripel Perfection has a very nice buttery feeling, with a nice citrusy kick at the beginning. A very slight hoppy flavor comes next, and maybe the slightest taste of licorice. And of course the signature Belgian coriander taste. Fantastic beer!
