The quintessential Best Bitter. A classic.

On tap at Fisherman?s Pub in Nyon, Switzerland. Not bad, but I would enjoy this beer as much in the US. Some malt, some hops, not complex. An easy drink.

SRM 12. No visual carbonation or head retention. Brilliantly clear and thin. Bready caramel malts with blackcurrant aroma. Mild alcohol flavor. Slightly carbonated with a medium bready bitterness. Body is slightly watery but otherwise great taste.
