Great initial taste, not alot off getting on the palate. Citrus notes on the nose as well as palate.

Pours well with sustaining 1-2 finger head. Very floral and citrus on the nose. Very hop forward but then the balance of the malts kick in and finishes nicely. A solid DIPA.

One of the best.

If you were to put down your scotch, get up from your reading chair and walk over to your map collection in the library, you might dust off a caribbean chart notated in pencil. You might think of the beautiful woman you were with, the sunset that made you swear you'd never leave. You'd remember the taste of pineapple, mango, grapefruit. You'd remember the rich color and foam of the sea that can't be explained in paint but only poetry. You'd remember Double Jack.

This is complex, like algebra 3 complex. There are tastes in here that hit at different times of the sip; all exposing themselves under a sweet and bitter fruit. Drinking too fast will provide more insight and hangovers.

Top 5 DIPA out there.

Very strong but good. Not your miller light drinkers beer.

Damn good double IPA, very rich and smooth, on the sweeter side but not cloying, piney hop nose with warm cherry notes in the finish
