pizzarolls - March 19, 2013Black IPA India pale ale. From laughing dog brewery. it's got a growl that will knock you on your ass. I bought this as a $5 32oz and I almost don't regret after a quarter of the bottle. A good smooth taste and one very cool label on the bottle. Not always into black IPA but as my hangover beer for today I'm satisfied with my choice.
pmichael764@yahoo.com - March 17, 2013Not quite black. More or a "really dark amber ipa" A lot of head, frothy. A little pungent. Hops hit, but aren't overpowering. Just not enough malt. Try a 21st Century or a Santa Fe Brewing co. for a better black ipa.
