The plum notes from the Belgian yeast are really interesting, especially with the fig. Not a super roasty stout; nice change of pace and lots of complexity.

Okay. A little bit of an alcohol taste.

Ok stout- got a little better as it warmed
Up- taste lousy right out of the 34 degree beer fridge. Not the best stout I've ever had but far from the worst

Not my favorite Stout, it was a bit boozy. I may have however let it warm up too much.

Belgian style imperial stout (from aroma to carbonation). Interesting and exotic but truthfully I prefer my Imperial Stouts big, heavy and bitter (not yeasty).

Not too much smoke flavor. Nice balance.

This beer looks better than it is. Taste of soy sauce is off putting.

Somewhat floral nose, highly carbonated, with the floral note transferring to the palate.

Worchestershire sauce, soy sauce. Those are the aromas and flavors I get. Surprisingly not bad though. I do think it would benefit from barrel aging though.

Too bitter for my taste. Made it hard to enjoy the dark smoky flavors.
