Very aromatic. Clean crisp taste without being heavy. I could drink more than one and that says a lot considering the big flavor explosion this beer packs.

Serious caramel & brown sugar tones evened out with some inherent bitterness. Could see this as a good match with something like cedar-planked salmon.
